What is your refund policy on ticket sales?
In order for us to plan accordingly we cannot offer refunds for ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or resell it.
I have dietary or allergy restrictions. What options do I have for lunch?
Thanks to our generous sponsors, Tithe.ly & Blackbaud, lunch is provided free of charge on both days of the conference. The menu will feature a taco bar on Day One, and a BBQ sandwiches on Day Two. While the menu was designed to please most people, if you have dietary or allergy restrictions, you may want to make other arrangements for lunch. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide many custom options such as vegan or gluten-free meals.
There are dozens of incredible restaurants all within walking distance of the conference venue, and you’ll have ample time to leave campus for lunch if you prefer.
What should I wear to the conference?
Whatever you’ll be the most comfortable in! Most people wear a t-shirt and jeans, while others dress it up. Be sure to check the weather before you come – it will probably be hot. Shorts and flip flops are more than acceptable and might be your best option.
