What is your refund policy on ticket sales?
In order for us to plan accordingly we cannot offer refunds for ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or resell it. Just contact us with the name and email address of the new ticket holder.
I have dietary or allergy restrictions. What options do I have for lunch?
Thanks to our generous sponsors, lunch is provided free of charge on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference for all ticket holders. While the menu options were designed to please most people, if you have dietary or allergy restrictions you may want to make other arrangements for lunch. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide many custom options such as vegan or gluten-free meals.
What should I wear to the conference?
Whatever you’ll be the most comfortable in! Most people wear a t-shirt and jeans, while others dress it up. Be sure to check the weather before you come – it will probably be hot. Shorts and flip flops are more than acceptable and might be your best option.
Where are the nearest hotels?
The nearest hotels are by the Mall of Georgia in Buford, about 2-3 miles from Gwinnett Church.
Will I need to rent a car?
Gwinnett Church is located about 45 minutes north of the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International airport. The nearest hotels are by the Mall of Georgia in Buford.
Renting a car may be your most convenient option. A Uber or Lyft ride from the airport to Buford is typically around $50 each way.
