We love that you want to come to That Church Conference and we hope to get to meet you. But we know it can be hard to convince your boss to send you. Hi [BOSS’S NAME],
I hope your day is going great. This is Justin Dean from That Church Conference. I’m writing because I’ve got some great news: [YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME] wants to attend our church communications conference.
I wanted to reach out so I can answer any questions you have, as well as share some more info about the conference so you have everything you need to make a good decision.
What is That Church Conference?
It’s a two-day conference in Atlanta on September 26 & 27, 2017. This will be our third annual conference. We focus on digital communications training for churches. This includes social media, email marketing, website strategies, design, public relations, communications, marketing and more. We cover everything your team needs to be more effective communicators so your church can reach more people. All of our speakers are church practitioners, and the content is super practical and hands-on.
We also hold smaller regional workshops all over the country. Click here to learn more about those.
We’d love to have [YOUR FIRST NAME] attend. The total cost for a ticket to the Atlanta conference is about $300, which includes 6 talks, plus 3 breakouts, as well as networking with other church practitioners and our speakers. We’ll even provide dinner on the first night.
Flights to Atlanta are pretty cheap, and a hotel will run about $130 a night. The good news is there are tons of hotels and great food all within walking distance of the conference, so there’s really no need for a rental car. You can even take the MARTA train from the airport for only a couple bucks.
Check out the entire lineup of speakers here. As you can see, [YOUR FIRST NAME] will learn a ton about growing [YOUR CHURCH NAME]. Here’s some of the topics we’ll cover:
- How to use content marketing to reach more people
- How to build and sustain a positive reputation and consistent brand
- How to grow and engage your followers on social media (and how to manage negativity!)
- How to find and equip volunteers
- and so much more!
So what do you think…would you be ok if [YOUR FIRST NAME] attended this conference and spent a couple days with us in Atlanta?[YOUR FIRST NAME] is eagerly awaiting your response, so send ‘em an email. This will make their day!
Oh, and if you have any questions just shoot me an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
