What is included in PRO membership?

We are continually adding new content and resources to our media library. PRO members get unlimited on-demand access to everything.

Here’s some of what you’ll have access to as a PRO member:

How do I make changes to my account?

You can update your billing info, profile photo, and more by visiting Account Settings.

How do I cancel my account?

We would hate to see you go. Please contact us and we’d be happy to discuss what it would take to keep you around. If you’ve changed jobs or must cancel for any other reason, you can go to your account settings and click on ‘cancel’ next to your membership plan.

What is your refund policy for PRO membership?

In the event that you are unhappy with your subscription and would like a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we would be happy to process a refund and cancel your account for you. We cannot process refunds if more than 7 days have passed since being charged, but you may cancel your account at anytime to avoid future charges.

What happens to my SundaySocial.tv account if I cancel my PRO membership?

If you cancel your PRO membership with us, we will notify SundaySocial.tv and they will cancel your subscription with them. You may, at that time, choose to continue your SundaySocial.tv subscription by signing up for a new account directly with them.

Conferences & Workshops

What is your refund policy on ticket sales?

In order for us to plan accordingly we cannot offer refunds for ticket purchases. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or resell it.

Can I attend the Atlanta rooftop party if I do not have a conference ticket?

If you don’t have a conference ticket, you can still join us for the DesignPickle.com Rooftop Networking Party in Atlanta on September 26, 2016 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm by purchasing a Guest Pass for $39. We’ll be serving free food and beverages and tons of fun activities from our friends at Design Pickle.

What should I wear to the conference?

Whatever you’ll be the most comfortable in! Most people wear a t-shirt and jeans, while others dress it up. Be sure to check the weather before you come.

 

What is the VIP Experience?

You can purchase a VIP Experience ticket to the conference or one of our workshops and receive preferred seating, great perks, and special treatment. We typically limit these tickets to 5-10 per event.

Every VIP ticket receives:

  • One conference admission.
  • Reserved seating in the VIP area.
  • Free beverages, snacks, and speciality coffee orders delivered right to your seat.
  • Free swag bag full of free books and amazing gifts.
  • ONE YEAR of free PRO membership ($489 value!)
If I already purchased my ticket can I upgrade to VIP?

Yes you can! If you’ve already purchased a ticket but want to upgrade to the VIP Experience, you can pay the difference. Just contact us and we’ll send you a link to pay securely online.

Coaching Groups

Do I get a discount if I'm a PRO member of That Church Conference?

Yes, if you are a paying PRO member then you will receive a 50% discount when you sign up for a Coaching Group or Personalized Coaching. Be sure you are signed in when registering.

How long is the coaching program?

Each coaching group lasts 6 months and includes one 90-minute coaching session per month with your small group, and one 90 minute training webinar with special guests. If you sign-up for personalized coaching, you will receive an additional 90-minute session with your coach per month.

 

Will I get to choose my coach?

We will take your preferences into account when matching you up with a group and a coach, but we cannot guarantee that you’ll be placed with the specific coach that you want. Assignments are based on many factors including availability.

If you select personalized coaching, men will be assigned a male coach and women will be assigned a female coach.

What commitment is expected of me each month?

Each coaching group lasts 6 months and includes one 90-minute coaching session per month with your small group, and one 90 minute training webinar with special guests. If you sign-up for personalized coaching, you will receive an additional 90-minute session with your coach per month.

You are encouraged to engage with the group during your monthly sessions, and you are invited to ask questions and seek help throughout the week via a private Facebook Group built just for your group.

Who are the special guests?

Once a month you’ll get access to special guest speakers who will share practical teaching on specific topics, in addition to your monthly coaching sessions with your small group. You can view the schedule here.

What happens if I miss a session?

So that you can get the full benefit of being in a coaching group, we ask that you try and make every effort to attend your group coaching sessions as well as the monthly training sessions. We cannot offer refunds or discounts for missed sessions.

The coaching sessions with your group will not be recorded, however our training webinars with special guests will be recorded. If you happen to miss a training webinar you will have access to play it back on-demand. However, you will miss out on the opportunity to participate in live Q&A with the special guest.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re unhappy with the coaching program, we’d love to hear about it so we can make it right. As a courtesy to the others in your small group, we ask that each participant commit to the full 6-month program, however if you decide the program is not for you or you must leave due to a job change or other unforeseen circumstance, then you may leave the group at anytime and request a 100% refund.
