Frequently Asked Questions

Restrictions and concerns over COVID-19 have caused us to make the incredibly hard decision to postpone the physical conference this year, and instead hold the conference entirely online.

While we would love to see all of you in person this year, we wouldn’t be able to hold a gathering of our size in the way that we want to.

We have been in discussions with our host venue, Gwinnett Church, regarding the September conference and have mutually decided that holding a physical event in September is not going to be feasible. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at Gwinnett Church for working with us, and hope to host our conference there again in 2021.

While the conference will be different this year, we are very excited about the opportunities that this change brings about. We are committed to providing a one of a kind digital experience that you’ll remember for years to come!

If you already purchased a ticket to the conference before June 2020, then here’s what you need to know:

  • That Church Conference 2020 is moving online-only and will now include 4-days of content.
  • You will have free access to watch online September 22 through 25, 2020.
  • We plan on holding the physical conference again in 2021 and will announce dates and more info when we can.
  • Your current ticket will still be valid for the 2021 conference.
  • Your current ticket also gives you a free Replay Pass.

Check your email for more details on how to setup your Replay Pass and livestream access. We will make an announcement about the 2021 conference later next year.

You will also be able to replay every session on-demand whenever you’d like. Access to all sessions will be available for reply on September 22.

If you purchased a ticket that included the Church Communications meetup with Kenny Jahng and Katie Allred,  then we regret to inform you that the meetup has been cancelled. Your ticket, which was purchased at a reduced price, still grants you VIP access to the conference. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

All ticket sales are final and we cannot offer refunds. However you may always transfer or sell your ticket to someone else, or we can hold your ticket for any future event.

No, if you have a Replay Pass and have not purchased a ticket to That Church Conference 2020, then you will not have access to the livestream or VIP content.

You will gain access to replay the 2020 sessions once they become available.

You would need to purchase a ticket to the conference to access the livestream or additional content available to VIP ticket-holders.

Yes, if you already have a ticket to That Church Conference 2020 or you currently have a Replay Pass and want to upgrade to a VIP ticket, go here to purchase an upgrade for $100.
